SHIPPING

  1. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
  2. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability, and may be affected by other factors not in the control of Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
  3. Deliveries are made Saturday through Thursday (holidays excluded). Packages are shipped by Aramex, JTExpress, Labaih, LastStep, SLS
  4. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. relinquishes all property rights to the buyer.
  5. Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.

  • PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND CORRECTIONS

    Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on our Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. If Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. cannot deliver any of the products ordered because they are out of stock or no longer available, you will be advised by email or by phone.     Prices do not include shipping charges or any applicable import duties or sales taxes.

    Except as otherwise indicated on our Site, all prices are shown [and will be processed] in Saudi Riyals.

    The prices of the products shown on our Site may differ from those in Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. boutiques or other websites owned by Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc.

    If an error occurs during an online purchase, you will be contacted by a representative, either by phone or email, and if applicable, an adjustment will be made. For example, a product is no longer available, a taxation error occurred, etc.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    1. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase.

    2. If you Paid Cash On Delivery, you will be refunded as discount code for your future purchase or you can fill your bank details here

    3. Promotional Items:The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.

    4. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products (Panties, Bras Lingerie, Accessories and Swimwear).

    5. If you returned unretrnable item the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 and the item will be sent back to your address.

    6. Sales are final for body products and items sold for the Roses of Hope Foundation.

    7. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.

    8. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
